Access all Areas provides quality assured rope access services across many disciplines including but not limited to Concrete Repairs and coatings, external decorations, façade cleaning, sealant application, the installation of anti-perching systems and the supply and installation of fall prevention systems.

Access All Areas is a member company of IRATA, the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association, which is responsible for setting the standards across the industry worldwide. IRATA regularly audit their member companies to ensure that they follow best practice for safety, management and compliance with the stringent standards set by IRATA which exceed current UK HSE requirements. Our most recent audit was April 2012 which we passed with flying colours.

As a requirement of IRATA all our operatives are trained in the latest and safest techniques with 3 yearly re-assessment and regular refresher training. All sites are assessed for suitability for abseiling by management prior to works taking place.

Every site is supervised by a level 3 (The highest qualification) and all staff are trained in rescue as well as the work they are employed to carry out from the ropes.

The advantages to our clients of using Access All Areas to carry out works are many.

The cost of access is included within the cost of the labour. A scaffold or cherry picker can prove to be expensive and time consuming to set up whereas an AAA abseiler can be rigged and working in a matter of minutes.

Many of our clients who manage blocks of apartments are concerned about the security of their buildings while external works are being undertaken. When undertaking these works using our abseilers at the end of each shift all ropes are pulled up and the building left secure.

Safety is paramount in all work at height. Irata approved companies have the best safety record of all forms of work at height.
